Black Horse, or Tu-ukumah, was a Comanche war chief known among his people as Pako-Riah (Colt). This coffee is bold and strong. War chiefs like to drink strong coffee. A 100% Arabica coffee blend was selected because it holds up perfectly to the robust, dark french roast (but not over-roasted).
